Shipping terms:

  • please allow 3-5 days for orders, as some items are speciality items and therefore, do take longer to execute
  • we currently make use of The Courier Guys, Pudo or Aramex for all deliveries
  • we do not take responsibility for any loss or damages to goods

Purchase of goods:

  • full payment will be required before shipping of orders
  • The Spice & Tea House reserves the right to cancel any orders or incorrect orders or refund on incorrect orders
  • prices and availability are subject to change without notice
  • product images are for illustration purposes and may differ from actual product

Termination:

  • if you terminate the agreement before you have paid for the goods in full or if you fail to complete the payment for the goods within the prescribed period, then: we may charge you a termination penalty and handling fee (10%) in terms of the Consumer Protection Act and the regulations thereto; and after deducting the termination penalty from any amounts, you have paid to us, we will refund the balance to you (if any) via EFT and allow 5-7 days to reflect.

Personal & confidential information:

  • in this agreement, personal information means all information you give us or that we already hold about you, including your name, contact details, cell, email, physical address, bank details and all information concerning the transaction.
  • you hereby consent to receive communications from us for marketing purposes (via sms, phone, email, whatsapp, social media or otherwise)

General:

  • if your contact details or address changes, you must notify The Spice & Tea House within 7 days days of such change and cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery.
  • these T & C's may be amended from time-to-time and in such case the amendments will be immediately applicable to you and your order
  • you confirm the T&C's, the meaning and consequences of this agreement have been presented and explained to you in a language that you understand
  • you also confirm that the risks relating to this agreement, as well as your rights and obligations, have also been explained to you.
