Sanchia has been in the food & restaurant industry for over 30 years, working in iconic places such as Le Samovar Russian Tea House in Hyde Park in Johannesburg, living and working in London in the late '90's and then owning and running her own restaurant for 12 years - Firefly Eating House - Knysna, with her mother. She now owns and runs The Spice & Tea House - a multi-tiered concept store devoted to all things spice and tea.
